1. Tell us the date/s you would like for your getaway
2. Include your name, email address, and phone number
3. Make a bid on the room of choice for your desired dates
4. Submit your offer

• If we accept your offer, we will call you with the good news and to finalize the deal.
• If we cannot accept your offer, or if we have received multiple offers for the date/s you have chosen, we will email you a counter offer and then you can decide to agree to it, comeback with another bid, or scrap the deal. It is up to you! You make the deal!

Offers will be accepted, countered, or rejected within 24 hours of receiving your initial email.
If there is more than one bidder for same date, a confirmed reservation will be given to the highest bidder for selected date/s.
